Jeff Mwale is a Member and oversees the Business Unit: Corporate Administration. He has a degree in Accountancy and is currently busy with his MBA. He has extensive experience in Business Administration, Leadership and Management and Finance Services that he gained over the years whilst working at amongst others; Harmony Gold Mine (Pty) Ltd, Netcare Group, Eskom Distributors and Exxaro Resourcs (Pty) Ltd). He is currently

the Portfolio Holder: Finance of Absa Stock Brokers (Barclays African Group)


Gladwin is the SHEQ Systems Manager with exceptional experience and skills in the market place. He is currently a SHEQ Lecturer and Consultant for DEKRA SA, University of Johannesburg, Msanzi Skills Base CC, SA Quality Institute. Gladwin has a qualification in Production Management, SHEQ Auditing, SHEQ Integration and SHEQ Mentoring Programmes. He is also a qualified SHEQ Facilitator and Assessor as well as a Certified Quality Technician and Emergency Medical Technician (BAA). He is a registered member of the Medical Board (BAA No 022876) and a Chief Inspector in Auxiliary Health Care registered at Department of Labour (Inspector No. 454).


Winston Lucien Daniels is the Manager: Skills Academy / Programme

Manager: Wellness, Advocacy and Community Development under the SHEQ Business Innovation Hub. Winston is a self-motivated business professional and an ordained Apostle with two international Pastoral Diplomas. He has recently been awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry. He is also in possession of an Industrial Engineering Certificate, a Diploma in Production Management and an International Life Coaching Certification. Winston used to be a KVP2 Moderator on workflow improvement as well as a Human Resource Training Consultant at VWSA where he used to work before his calling to the ministry. He travelled extensively to various SADC Region countries including Egypt, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia and Australia. He is also a book writer and has already published four (4) books internationally: The Making of Kings,You and Your Life, The Creators three dimensional Strategic Plan and Purpose and Achieving maximum results through minimum effort. He was recently awarded with an Honorary Doctorate for his hard work and dedication towards people development.


John, a former public servant and a business professional with extensive experience in public service administration, business and community development, is the SHEQ INCUBATION MANAGER. He has extensive experience in Leadership and Management with Human Capital Management, Strategic Planning, (Vision Crafting) Concept Designing, Performance Auditing, Performance Management and Organizational Development (OD) as his strengths. John was also privileged to go on a study tour to Germany on issues relating to Monitoring and Evaluation in Development Projects and in particular Regional Rural Development Planning.His experience in government coupled with his involvement with local municipalities,corporate entities and the community, promises to benefit the company in its endeavours to provide SHEQ Integrated Management Solutions to its clients through the SHEQ Incubation Programme.


Bernard T. Sephooana is a front office manager responsible for organizing the activities of the office employees and to oversee a variety of tasks including office operations, accounting, customer satisfaction and emergency procedures among others. He is the

senior person in an office environment and accountable for maintaining a professional work environment, staff supervision and administrative support. Shouldering a variety of responsibilities, often at the discretion of the company activities.
