Knowledge-Gap Analysis, Outcomes- Based Assessment and Moderation of Training and Development needs (LGSeta and ISO Specific)

• Training and Skills Development Services (Training Manual Development, Design and alignment with SAQA NQF Standards as well as Accreditation Requirements)
• ISO SHEQ Training Product Development, training needs analysis and assessment.
• Development and submission of Work Skills Plan and Annual Plans to the relevant SETAs (WSP/ATR/PIVOTAL PLANS)
• Re-Development and Alignment of Outcomes Based Training Programmes and apply for programme approval to the relevant SETA.
• SETA Governance and Skills Levy Claims
• SETA Accreditation.
• Learnership application and internship placement(Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme)
• Development and Submission of Employment Equity Plans
